Just a friendly PSA before Fall actually hits!

It is not your photographers fault if the leaves and the trees don’t look perfect. It is not your photographers fault if it’s raining and you have to reschedule. It is not your photographers fault if your husband shows up grumpy for your shoot.

We can’t control the leaves, the weather, or the man you chose to marry! Fall is our busiest season!!! Make sure you give your photographer grace when they reach out for weather related reschedules. After being a self taught weather woman for 14 years, we DONT want to reschedule you as much as you don’t want to be rescheduled. But also, “photos in the rain are soooooo dreamy Ashlee…” I’m sure they are but our gear is not waterproof and hellllaaaaa expensive. Please, just no!

With all of that, I can’t wait to photograph your family this fall!! For real!!! You give me life! We are just back praying the leaves would turn pretty colors (and not just die and fall) and for the love of all things… STOP RAINING!!!!!!!

Somehow senior year is already here. ✨ Here’s to the memories that made you, the people who shaped you, and everything waiting just around the corner. Soak it all in, you only get this chapter once. 🎓🤍

And just like that.... our sweet B (from PB&J) is a senior! I've been putting off posting these because I haven't fully finished taking all of his photos yet, so I guess you'll get to see him twice!! I've spent all summer photographing all of his friends, and my heart is full and sad at the same time! I'm pretty damn lucky to be able to call this one Mine! I can't wait to see you take on the world, Brayden 🥹

Give me more families willing to kick off their shoes and love on each other, and I'll be one happy photographer. The best part? Making memories while we capture them!

I've been so blessed to have photographed all of my son's childhood best friends this summer!!! The ruckus these boys caused in my basement growing up is something we will always laugh about! I'm SO proud of the young men they have all grown into!! 🩷
