Official Contest Rules

This contest is sponsored by Hey Beautiful by PB&J Memories, a boudoir photography studio located in Milton, Wisconsin.
Contest Period:
The contest begins on January 24, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on February 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Milton, WI for the photoshoot. Employees of Hey Beautiful by PB&J Memories, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter, participants must submit their response to the following question:
“Why would you like to experience a boudoir photoshoot with Hey Beautiful Boudoir?”
Entries must be submitted via website form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person or entries submitted using multiple identities will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must complete their entry in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions of working with the studio. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on the following factors:

Creativity and originality of the answer.

Emotional resonance or personal connection to the idea of a boudoir photoshoot.

Thoughtfulness and clarity of the response.
The woman with the most thoughtful and creative answer, as determined by the judges at Hey Beautiful by PB&J Memories, will be selected as the winner. The judges’ decision is final.
Prize Description:
The winner will receive:

A professional boudoir photoshoot at Hey Beautiful By PB&J Memories’ studio.

Professional hair and makeup services.

One (1) 8×10 print from the photoshoot.
The prize has an approximate retail value of $600. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photoshoot must be scheduled within 30 days of notification and will take place on a weekday, subject to the photographer’s availability. If the winner cannot attend on an available date, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their response. The winner will be notified by email and/or text message on or about February 2, 2025. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize and schedule their session. If the winner fails to respond or schedule within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Verification:
The winner will be required to:

Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Sign a publicity usage form granting Hey Beautiful by PB&J Memories the right to use their name, likeness, and images from the photoshoot for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Complete and submit any necessary tax forms if applicable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
